Lilly Saini Singh was born on 26th September of 1988 in Scarborough, Toronto, Canada. She was born in a Sikh family to mother Sukhwinder Singh and father Malwinder Singh. Her parents are originally from Punjab of India.
Lilly also has an elder sister named Tina Singh who also has a YouTube channel.
Singh went to Mary Shadd Public School for her elementary schooling years; followed by Lester B. Pearson Collegiate Institute in 2006.
She has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. Singh graduated from York University in 2010.
Lilly first started making YouTube videos when she was having problems with depression. Making videos were her way of feeling better.

Later in February of 2015, she released her another music video ‘The Clean Up Anthem‘ followed by ‘IVIVI’ in April of the same year.
In the same year, Lilly also went on a tour to different countries which include, India, Singapore, UK, and Hong Kong. The tour was called ‘A Trip to Unicorn Island.’
In 2016, She also partnered with Smash Box and produced her very own red lipstick. The lipstick was named ‘Browse.’
Singh is also releasing her very first book in March of 2017. The book so called ‘How to be a Bawse.’
Lilly collaborated with MEtoWe in 2016 and produced Rafiki Bracelets. She talked about the bracelets in her videos, and she even talked about ‘#GirlLove.’ Through it, she is seen trying to encourage girls to stop hating other girls.
But the real purpose of the bracelets was to raise funds for girls in Kenya. The fund aims to help educate girls there.
She sold more than 18 thousand of those bracelets by the end of 2016.
